Here is what we expect from you, even if, with your experience, you should know the details of this job:
Promote and sell all hotel products and services to current and prospective customers through telephone solicitations, organizing sales blitzes, site visits and familiarization tours, trade shows, etc. ;
Strong ability to solicit and qualify new accounts to grow existing customer base;
Meet or exceed sales goals through a plan of action supported by company strategies;
Prepare proposals and sales contracts;
Follow up with customers and resolve problems related to the consumption of the establishment’s product or service, if applicable;
Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service delivery;
Prepare sales and activity reports and use the customer relationship management tool;
Maintain client files;
All other related tasks.

You are bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing;
You have 5 years experience in a similar position;
You know the common software: Office suite, Delphi, Hotello, …
