The Sales Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks to assist the Sales Manager and her department as well as the hotel owner in the management of their day-to-day operations.

What we expect from you :
You coordinate and follow up on various files according to priorities;
You act as an administrative support to the managers;
You follow up and respond to the needs of managers and customers;
You assist the sales director in the management of the files, as well as the management;
You collaborate with the managers to update administrative tools;
You perform all other related tasks.
Here are a few things that will make us choose you :
Demonstrate innovation, autonomy, dynamism, rigor, versatility and a high level of discretion;
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, worthy of a 4-star service;
Advanced knowledge of the Office suite and the new version of Delphi;
Have rigor in his work and a sense of responsibility;
Bilingual in French and English both orally and in writing.
