In this delicate period of crisis, I would like to inform you that we have put in place a business continuity plan that will ensure that we can continue to meet the needs of our customers and accommodations to allow our staff and clients to operate in a safe and sanitary environment.

In order to meet these new requirements and despite the fact that our hygiene and maintenance procedures meet the highest standards of the industry, the Hotel Mortagne has implemented a protocol for cleaning and disinfecting rooms and common areas by closely following the guidance provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial authorities:

  • Frequency of cleaning of common areas;
  • The high level of disinfection control in our rooms;
  • The temporary shut down of the Restaurant Sens and the convention center services;
  • Increased communication of information on protocols submitted by Health Canada and the Hotel Association of Greater Montreal to our internal staff.

We follow the evolution of the situation on a daily basis and will apply the appropriate prevention procedures.
Based on these precautions and in order to satisfy the needs of our clientele, Hotel Mortagne will maintain its normal activities and will be happy to welcome you in an environment that cares about your health and your professional needs.
